Coupons in Canada

Recently I stumbled onto a show called, Extreme Couponing. I am now interested to see how this would work in Canada. We dont have stores that will double coupons. We dont get store credit for overages. They're called Catalinas in the states. Why dont we have such things over here? The closest we come to something like that is at Sobey's. Here is the address to sign up for club sobey's. Barring any other reason Ill be shopping there from now on. Ive signed up and now just have to wait for my kit in the mail. https://www.clubsobeys.com/Rewards/Catalogue.aspx

I looked all over the entire nation for mail order coupons and signed up for them. I picked out all the coupons that I may use or even trade. The coupons are sent to the address you registered under. Some sites only have a few and others have many. The ones which seem to have many are the manufacturers sites, for example:

 Manufacturers sites

Proctor and Gamble. https://www.brandsaver.ca/en_ca/coupons/
As I find other sites Ill add them here if Im allowed to edit once I publish. Hope so.

Mail Order Coupon sites

On my first day of couponing I was sitting here thinking of ways to find coupons. I went to the hall and picked up the paper I had asked them not to deliver to me but they do anyway. Im glad they didnt stop because that was the beginning of my coupon collection.

Im treating this as an experiment so as i go along ill blog about the experience. I think the next blog will be about grocery store policy on Coupons.
