Canadian Grocery Store Coupon Policy

Its very important to know the coupon policy at stores where you shop. I looked up No Frills grocery store coupon policy and they accept all coupons unless altered, even on-line ones, but when I looked at Sobeys policy, there is no online coupons accepted. I would have thought that a bigger store would be with the times and accept web coupons but alas, no they dont. So here I will attempt to gather all the Canadian grocery store policy. It will be great to have them all in one place so you dont have to go searching all over tarnation for them.
